1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PeckPill, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What PeckPill Does

PeckPill is a medication tracking and reminder app. It helps you log your medications, schedule doses, receive gentle reminders, view adherence history, and build healthy streaks with Woody, your medication mascot. Some features may require a paid subscription in the future.

3. Not Medical Advice

PeckPill is a tool to help you remember and track your medications. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the directions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or see in PeckPill.

4. Reminders & Notifications

PeckPill schedules local reminder notifications to help you take your doses on time. However, notifications depend on your device's operating system, battery settings, network conditions, and permission grants. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, and you remain solely responsible for taking your medications correctly.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Any paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.

6. Your Content & Data

All your medication data (medications, dose history, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, store, or have access to your health data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use PeckPill for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not reverse‑engineer, copy, or redistribute the app, its assets, or its content.

8. Intellectual Property

The PeckPill name, Woody the mascot, branding, design, and content are our property. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the app for personal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

PeckPill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including — but not limited to — missed doses, reminder failures, loss of data, or inaccuracies in the information you enter.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
